No matter where you are in the world, it seems that we have hard times thrust upon us. Scandal after scandal, heated disagreements, violence, one major headline of hate and fear unresolved after another. Hell, the entire collective humanity has been thrown into what seems to be a trauma cycle perpetuated by isolation and insecurity.

I had become a father during this period of time, in the wake and aftermath of collective mental “unhealth” we all went through when a cough caused a large amount of fear to ride with fury across the faces of reasonable and kind people. Some people really did die from these things. Some were fortunate to not.

It’s now more than ever we need people to muster their strength, some have religion as a back support, some people have community, but at the end of the day you have you and what needs you. Every person out there, even the ones gilded with blue blood, are being subject to the samsaric nature of Existential Weight Lifting. And you know what? I’m sure you're more than strong enough to carry what you have on your shoulders.
